The Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa was
opened in April 2006. It is located some 10
miles west of Las Vegas in Summerlin. The billion-dollar hotel has been
designed in a modern desert style.
The casino includes among other things over 3,200 video poker / slot
machines, 62 tables, a Race & Sportsbook with a 96-foot video wall as well
as a 24-hour poker room, which is smoke-free.
The 800 rooms are between 525 and 4400 square feet big and are therefore
among the largest in Las Vegas. Standard outfittings include Voice over
Internet Protocol Phone, 42" HD Plasma TV, Bose Sound System with ipod
functionality, bathrobes and slippers and a 15" LCD TV in the bathroom.
Inside the hotel are a total of 10 restaurants and a food court with various
services on offer. The 25 000 square feet all-inclusive spa offers a total
of 20 treatment salons and outdoor cabanas, with various offerings, in
addition to which there is also a fitness salon. |
